What IS A Vaccine?
I was astonished when I found out that – just like “What is a woman?" nobody seems to know what the answer is to the question “What is a vaccine?” Cue a lot of umming, arring and referring to somebody else who knows. MAYBE.
But now, the first openly anti-vaccine activist – as the establishment media refers to Robert F Kennedy Jr with yawnable predictability and mind-dulling lack of imagination - is standing as the next US President. If Kennedy’s anti-vaccine, don’t we need to understand what a vaccine is? Is it anything that’s “safe and effective”? Anything that’s injected? Or anything we’re told it is?

The Three Faces Of Santa
In a previous article, I asked whether it’s right for parents to deceive their children about Santa Claus. I also wrote about the traumatic revelation that has to follow the lie, asking who is more traumatised – parents or children.
Leaving aside the deception, trauma and questions about whether adults can be trusted, though - who IS the red-cheeked, white-bearded man who turns up on Christmas Eve, laden with gifts? Is he Father Christmas? Santa Claus? Or Kris Kringle? For, like Eve, Santa has three faces – over time, he’s had three different identities. So who IS the real Santa?

Would You Trust This Stranger?
The idea of trusting a stranger is perhaps coupled with the thought – why would we, or moreover - why would we need to? Ordinarily we wouldn’t, of course. We would instead place our trust in those we know and only those!
But at certain times and in certain situations we can find ourselves without those we trust - and in consequence, we feel a little exposed because of this. So, what options do we have to turn to? Speaking personally, I have two. I can either do the legwork myself or turn to another person in my life. The first option means work for me to do – the second, we'll talk about.

It's Staring Us In The Face
This is a subject which has existed for longer than anyone could estimate. It’s a subject that – for good people – could not be any worse in its nature. It’s a subject that has the power to drop the strongest of men to their knees.
Nothing in this world is worse than the senseless killing of a living entity. Good people know this as part of their very being – their essence. It’s a knowing which is part of our makeup as human beings. It’s written into our DNA – the very code that defines what we are. The thing is – it seems that the DNA has been corrupted and we aren’t all the same in this way.
