Farm Life is certainly not for everyone. But there're those who crave to live in nature – growing food and caring for animals – in the peace and beauty of the countryside. And any farmer will tell you – this is no easy life. The amount of work and effort - tight monetary margins involved in selling to supermarkets and major food processors – is enough to dissuade many from continuing, let alone taking it on from scratch.

That said, there are Farm Life models that work brilliantly. One involves a community of people coming together – with shared views, intentions and philosophy – a Farm Living Community of like-minded people. The people have a passion for this form of living - driven by their self-generating energy needed for success. They are a mix of young and older people, some being the 'Worker Bees' – dedicated and skilled in doing the hard physical bits to produce quality food – chemical free!

And that food is produced for themselves and the wider population in nearby villages and towns. Not all the community members are engaged directly in farming though. Some work in other professions, doing what they’re really best at – contributing in other ways to the success of their Farm Living Community.
